Please always add your address/telephone no./email and a short description of the problem (in English or German) to the package. We will process your inquiries within 10 to 15 working days. You will receive a detailed repair description and an invoice (shipping cost included). All costs for >warranty repairs will be covered by SEYDEL (proof
of purchase required).
If a faulty harmonica is not worth to be repaired we will contact you in advance. Repairs will be handled in the order of their receipt.
