October 2015

Dear SEYDEL friend!

This is the newsletter from C.A. SEYDEL SÖHNE where we keep you informed about all of the latest harmonica happenings.

SESSION STEEL Summer Edition raffle: the lucky winner has been determined!

On occasion of our now stopped summer campaign 'SESSION STEEL Summer Edition' we raffled a Porsche 911 model car in 'viper green'. To take part customers sent us pictures with their new Summer Edition harmonica.

The foto raffle was a great success and many customers sent us their pictures. We like to show you the best fotos in our > online gallery.

We have drawn the winner among all replies. It is Christian Eder from Leonding in Austria and he seems to love not only his new green SESSION STEEL...the nice but little green-rich picture above arrived us as thank you for his winning!

Only one week left: the #harmonica_of_the_month_10:

SESSION STEEL - DiMiNiShEd LF# ...play chromatically in 12 keys on a single instrument!

Best selling harmonica of the month this year! The Diminished is actually the name of a chord and a scale. For example the diminished chord in C contains the notes: C, Eb, Gb (and A). The scale contains C, D, Eb, F, Gb, Ab, A and B.

The Diminished-Tuning for diatonic harmonicas has the same symmetrical order of notes. This layout makes it possible to reach all chromatic notes with simple semi-tone draw bendings alone - not too difficult to learn!
