100 PROOF is an independent band based out of Southern California that has been constructed over the past two years. In this short time they have made an incredible impact on the Inland Empire music scene as well as the Anaheim and Los Angels area.
Each member of the band brings their own creative style and influence to the writing process. These influences are based upon their personal life experiences, people they meet and the music they listen to. This has given them a style of music that is equivalent to none. Their sound is a unique blend of rock and hip hop.
100 PROOF has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with bands such as; Rehab, Too Short, Strung Out and Winds Of Plague. They have also had the honor of playing on stages such as; The Whisky A Go Go, House of Blues (Hollywood and Anaheim), The Vibe, Chain Reaction, The Fox Theater Pomona, Stingers Nightclub San Bernardino, and other numerous venues in the Inland Empire Area . With their stage experience, explosive energy and dynamic live set they plan on taking 100 PROOF across the nation in 2012.
100 PROOF is currently recording their second EP which is due out in the Spring of 2012. This EP will include collaborations with other well known MC's from the Inland Empire.

Memphis native Eric Hughes has been performing in the clubs on Beale Street since 2001; he and the Eric Hughes Band also perform at Blues Festivals throughout the southern United States.  Two-time winner of Best Self-Produced CD (from Rosedale Blues Society, and also Memphis Blues Society) Hughes has released four CD’s.

Recipient of the Muddy Mojo Award, Memphis Songwriters Association Award, and Battle of the Blues Winner, Eric Hughes has been called a “guaranteed crowd-pleaser” by Living Blues Magazine.

The title cut of Hughes’ latest CD “Drink Up!” has recently been awarded “Coolest Blues Song of 2013” by Big City Blues Magazine.

Blues Revue Magazine described Eric’s songwriting as “…tough grooves and witty lyrics..”

“I hit it pretty hard: six to ten shows a week- I enjoy the dependability and ruggedness of the Seydel harps.  Gear-wise, a LOT can go wrong during a show; I  like knowing that it’s not going to be my harp.
