Retuning, new valves, reed replacement, general overhaul? No problem.

In many different countries we have authorized >SERVICE SERVICE PARTNERs available who provide a professional repair service.

For sure you can also  carry out many repairs by yourself. >Spare parts for all of our models and >special tools are available in the >eShop.

Procedure for maintenance/repairs

Please send the instruments as clean as possible in a well protected package. Individual reedplates could simply be packed into a padded envelope.

The customer must first call or email the appropriate SERVICE PARTNER for a reference number. Harmonicas returned without a reference number will NOT be accepted.

Please note: For all customers outside the European Union who want to send a harmonica for maintenance to the factory in Klingenthal please send an email to [email protected] to get your official custom authorization number. Otherwise your parcel will be sent back without prior notice.



We offer a professional service at a fair price

Please always add your address/telephone no./email and a short description of the problem (in English or German) to the package. We will process your inquiries within 10 to 15 working days. You will receive a detailed repair description and an invoice (shipping cost included). All costs for >warranty repairs will be covered by SEYDEL (proof of purchase required).

If a faulty harmonica is not worth to be repaired we will contact you in advance. Repairs will be handled in the order of their receipt.
