The 1847 CLASSIC Wilde Minor is the minor-key version of the popular Wilde Rock Tuning by harmonica rockstar WILL WILDE.
The Wilde Minor Tuning is directly based on the Wilde Rock Tuning and was designed for playing rock and blues rock in minor keys.
In the Wilde Minor Tuning, all thirds of the blow and draw chords are tuned a half-step lower than in the major version (2, 5, 6, and 9 on the blow, and 3 and 7 on the draw). As with all SEYDEL harmonicas tuned to “Natural Minor,” the key label for the minor variant is based on the root note of the “Natural Minor” scale to be played in channel 2 (2nd position).
